ABOUT JUSTIN
FAMILY LITITGATION ATTORNEY
Justin is a Louisville native and graduate of Saint Xavier High School. Naturally, as a lifelong, diehard Kentucky fan, he attended the University of Louisville for both his undergraduate degree and law school. After a few years in engineering, he decided that a history degree would provide more concrete job opportunities, beginning the path to a law degree.
During his time at the Brandeis School of Law, Justin clerked for various litigation-focused law firms. He externed in criminal law and participated in many student organizations including the University of Louisville Law Review, Moot Court Board, and Student Bar Association.
After law school, Justin worked several years in the world of insurance defense. In that time, Justin often served as lead counsel on claims, engaging in mediations and arguing in court, sharpening his litigation skills. Seeking more fulfilling work and to help individuals in need, Justin moved to the world of domestic relations.
Since joining Barrow Brown Carrington, PLLC, Justin has devoted his practice to providing personal and compassionate care to our clients going through divorce. Justin brings his years of litigation experience to zealously represent all our clients.
Justin lives in Saint Matthews with his wife, Anna, and young daughter. When he’s not in the office, Justin both enjoys and loathes watching Kentucky sports. He also spends his free time playing with his two dogs, reading every fantasy novel he can find, and spending time with his family.
